In my unintended free “wee-hours-of-morning” when I should have been sleeping on the 2nd day of the DoE Policy Dev workshop, I turned my attention to redoing the “front end” loop for the timetable generator stuff.

It was an energetic and plesant 2 days spent learning/debating about and actually starting to draft IT policy with a small group of 9 attendees, plus presenter and coordinator.
And we’re blogging because we’re bored…

I’m a pretty lazy guy in some ways…or maybe I just don’t like fiddling with stuff that works for me until it gets too broken…
…or stolen.
Recently, I had a very crufty three-year-old Mandrake 10.0 install that I was holding together with bailing twine, but I was forced to upgrade to something newer when burglars sprited away my old Dell i600m laptop into the night. Read the rest of this entry »
